Best defense is a good offense

...sometimes when you cage the beast, the beast gets angry

Name:
Logan [The Wolverine]
Location:

"I'm Wolverine. I'm the best there is at what I do, but what I do best isn't very nice."

Name: Logan (a.k.a. James Howlett)
Codename: Wolverine
Affiliation: X-Men; Xavier Institute for Higher Learning
Place of Birth: Alberta, Canada; c. late 1800s
Apparent age: late 30s/early 40s
Weight: 300 lbs. (with Adamantium; 195 lbs. without)

Abilities: Rapid regeneration; the speed at which his healing factor works varies and is directly proportional to the severity of the damage. His healing factor also gives him immunity to poisons and most drugs, as well as an enhanced resistance to diseases; it's almost impossible for him to get drunk. He also has greater endurance than an ordinary human, thanks to his limited immunity to the poisons that build up in the body as a result of being active. His agility and reflexes are similarly enhanced. Wolverine's senses are also enhanced, to the point of being superhumanly acute; he's capable of seeing things at a maximum distance greater than a normal human’s, and his hearing is enhanced in a similar manner. He's able to recognize people and objects by scent, even if that person or object is hidden, and can use his enhanced senses to track any animal or human with an impressive degree of success.

Wolverine has six twelve-inch-long, slightly curved, retractable bone claws (three in each arm) housed beneath the skin and muscle of his forearms. He can release them at will through his skin beneath the knuckles on each hand. The skin between the knuckles tears and bleeds, but his healing factor makes that a non-issue. He can unsheathe any or all of his claws at once, but has to keep his wrists straight when unsheathing them. Once unsheathed, the claws are completely within his hands, meaning he can still bend his wrists. The claws are naturally sharp and tougher than normal human bone, allowing him to cut through most types of flesh and natural materials. Through the Weapon X project, Wolverine's entire skeletal structure, including his claws, was artificially bonded to Adamantium, a nearly indestructible metal. As a result, his bones are practically unbreakable, and he can cut through almost anything, depending on thickness and the amount of force he can exert. Due to his healing factor, the presence of Adamantium in his body doesn't interfere with his bones’ normal function of generating blood, and allows him to withstand high levels of physical pressure, giving his muscles enough force to briefly lift/press several hundred pounds.

His healing factor makes him mostly impervious, but not immortal. If he sustains severe enough damage, like losing vital organs or large amounts of blood, and/or physical form (such as having flesh burned away by fire or acid) he can die. But his healing factor does give him an extended lifespan by decelerating the aging process; although he's over a hundred years old, he looks a lot younger and is as healthy and physically fit as a man befitting his apparent age.

Canon point: Logan/Wolverine is primarily MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) compliant (with the exception of Origins because the Mun hasn't seen it), but comic canon will be incorporated to fill in gaps in history where feasible. Logan can be played at any point in or between X-Men, X2, or The Last Stand, or post-canon (i.e., after The Last Stand).
